Nathan worked with me on developing the code PHARE. More specifically he designed and implemented alternative methods to tag cells for mesh refinement, including the plasma bulk velocity variations in addition to that of the magnetic field. Nathan successfully ran AMR Kelvin-Helmholtz simulations with PHARE
